Setup

Once your mattress arrives setup is quick and easy. All you have to do is take it out of the box and remove the protective plastic layers. Next the vacuum sealed mattress will unroll and fully expand.

We recommend airing out your mattress for a period of 2-4 days due to the "New Memory Foam Smell". This smell is the result of the memory foam manufacturing process and anti-flame treatments. Please keep in mind that all genuine memory foam mattresses have this initial smell, and it is a good way of determining authenticity and quality. To air out your mattress quicker, we recommend leaving a small cup of vinegar near the mattress.

Your new memory foam mattress should be placed on a strong and supportive structure that will distribute the weight of the mattress evenly. This includes, but is not limited to: high quality box (nonspring), the floor, a bed frame with at least five slates or legs.
